You will manage the full recruitment cycle, develop proactive sourcing strategies, and ensure every candidate experiences a professional, respectful, and engaging hiring journey from first contact to final offer.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple roles
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics
- Develop and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies
- Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates through structured interviews
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment data
- Build and nurture talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Deliver a consistently exceptional candidate experience at every stage
- Track and report key recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives that strengthen Nexora Group's reputation
Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Professional HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent) is an advantage but not required
- Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on recruitment experience in a corporate or agency setting
- Proven track record of successfully filling mid to senior-level roles within competitive talent markets
- Prior experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms
- Proficiency in full-cycle recruitment and structured interview techniques
- Strong command of sourcing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Boolean search
- Solid understanding of employment law, compliance requirements, and ethical hiring practices
- Ability to analyze recruitment data and present insights to senior stakeholders
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills — both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity in handling sensitive candidate information
- Naturally collaborative with a genuine passion for connecting the right people
What We Offer

Competitive Salary
$45,000 – $60,000 annually, reviewed and benchmarked every 12 months
